Sunday, September 7 from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM, the Musée du Terroir offers to rediscover the history of customs in our region with free activities for the whole family!

On the program:

• workshop making chocolate beggars
• reading of tales
• workshop manufacturing a coding wheel
• sensory game to identify objects blindly with the museum of border life Godewaersvelde.
• presence of the French Customs to present their profession and sniffer dog demonstration
  New temporary exhibition: Customs officers and fraudsters at the beginning of the 20th century - From September 7, 2025 to February 13, 2026.

In the estaminet

Every 1st Sunday, a pianist animates the estaminet all afternoon by playing varied tunes on our piano from the 1880s.

Waffle workshop

Every first Sunday, you can make and enjoy a waffle with brown sugar according to a traditional recipe from the North!

Guided tours

Guided tours related to the theme are organized at 4 PM.
