Musketeers at the Museum

Did you know that D'Artagnan was governor of Lille in 1672? Discover an equestrian spectacle of capes and swords and relive a fight of yesteryear. You can also learn about weapons and attend fencing demonstrations and musket shots.

• 11h15 and 16h30: equestrian show the school of musketeers Les mousquetaires du Roi on their proud horses, present the airs of dressage called «de Haute École», as well as the training with sword and spear in the combat trials at the court of King Louis XIV.
• 10h45 and 15h30: Musketeers on horseback in the Museum of the company Cow prod. All public.
• 10.30 am: show «The Slavic march». The troop of gentilshommes de la brette.
• 2.30 pm: the Grand A (duration 30 minutes).
• 10h to 18h: initiation to fencing. From 6 years .
• From 10am continuously during the day
  Wandering in period costume with demonstration of fights by the company the Gentilshommes de la brette. All ages.
• Musket demonstration
• From sheep’s fleece to clothing

• Initiation to the weapon of musketeer
  Demonstration of shooting with musket by a qualified artificer member of the troop of gentilshommes de la brette.
• Continuously from 10h to 12h and from 14h to 18h: photo souvenir of your journey in time with Aglaé Plaete. Come through the times of the 17th and 18th century for a photograph! Costume elements, made by Aglaé costumière Artisane d'Art will be available.
• At 14h and 16h: school of yesteryear: Relive the 19th century school with
  teacher or the master of the village school. To your feathers and inkwells! from 8 years.
• At 2.30pm and 4.30pm: Discovery of the old school for children under 8 years old. They will be able to travel in the middle of the desks and discover the school of your elders!
• 11h and 18h Animal meetings: Accompany our villagers to meet the farm animals! all public.
• 15h: guided tour of the museum and meeting with our costumed villagers.
