This internship proposes to discover how our ancestors were nourished, in Prehistory and in Antiquity.
With a bit of theory but also practice by making recipes that are found in writings or that one can assume to exist knowing the natural context of the moment.
On the menu: a fish cooked in clay as in Prehistory, Neolithic-style earthenware, Gallic bread, mushroom soup, and of course the famous Roman moretum. We leave you the surprise for the rest!
It will also be necessary to know how to light a fire like our ancestors, hunt, and make the few objects necessary for making recipes.
