We celebrate the beginning of the school year
To start the new year, the Museum welcomes you around the fairground games.
To start the school year off well, this Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 August, the Museum welcomes you for fairground games. Enjoy the confectionery of yesteryear and relive the school of the 19th century with a teacher from that time. Dance in the middle of giant bubbles powered by cyclo bulles and participate in circus workshops with your family.

From 10am continuously throughout the day: the Flemish games and the Kermesse games are being released on both days!

At 11am and 6pm: animal appointments

For those under 8 years old, they will be able to travel among the desks and discover the school of our elders!

At 11am, 3pm and 4pm: Open Intergenerational workshops to discover and practice Cirqu'en Famille with the company Cirqu'en cavale!
All in a fun & friendly atmosphere, + some artistic demonstrations. From 3 years old.
From 3 PM to 5 PM " : cyclo-bubbles animation of Party story
The rider of the cyclo bulles will transport the audience in a whirlwind of bubbles thanks to his bike and by performing giant bubble demonstrations. Dance in the middle of bubbles, catch them or the pleasure of bursting them, everyone can experience their own pleasure. All audience.

Our artisans will be present this weekend
The art of caning with Loïc, will be present in the cottage of Bambecque,
Christian Coustenoble, our cabinetmaker will be present in the Millam workshop,
Nicolas Lalau, our brewer will be in the stable of Aumale,
Cendrine Dugardin, our ceramist will be in the house of Bollezeele,
Vanessa, the plant processor will be in the cottage of MIllam.
