Oyez, oyez, gentes dames et damoiseaux! A camp of knights settles in the Museum. The villagers of the Middle Ages invite you to an initiation to sword fighting and a show of falconry equestrian and fire-spitting.
- 11h and 16h: «Gandhor, le mestre fauconnier! » medieval show of falconry and presentation camp of raptors. Duration 40 minutes. All public.
- From 10:30 to 19:00: Presentation of a medieval falconry camp,
of the different species of raptors, playful and educational explanations to the public. Composed of a dozen different raptors, such as the eagle, the hawk, the falcon, the owl, the owl. By the company Cow prod. All public.
- 11am and 5pm: animal appointments

- At 14h and 16h: school of yesteryear.

Continuously on the day:
- 15th century Flemish camp of the Flemish Militia.
Reconstitution of a 15th century Flemish militia, gathering craftsmen to defend its territory. Come and discover stone carving, herbalism, barbershop surgery, weapons, armour and cannons as well as high-works (ie torture). This from a technical point of view but also their places in medieval society. Around this, you will see camp life, cooking and everyday life. All public.
- Medieval camp of the Ferrain boars:
The association the guild of boars hosts a medieval camp with various explanatory workshops (workshops to be defined according to the availability of the members of the association) and presents medieval shows of the type handling of weapons with participation of the public and fights presented in the form of scripts or training. The association’s meals are prepared in front of the public and based on medieval recipes. All audiences.
- Camp time of the knights
Come and discover, for a day, the daily life of the knight and his company. In a camp composed of two tents (one Bourguignone and a double pepper shack), you will discover medieval calligraphy and heraldry, hygiene and cosmetics, pilgrim insignias (their function, their history), lithotherapy and games. Under the tarp (large canopy), the time of meal approaching, you will smell the good smells of a kitchen rich in spices and bright colors. The little horsemen can cross the iron or wear a helmet of the knights. A heraldic workshop will allow them to make their coat of arms.
