Mow your sheep

Watch a demonstration of spring sheep mowing. Play with the shepherd dogs or pet the sheep that will be in the park. Discover the use of wool, from its shearing to the manufacture of coils and even its coloring.

• From 10h to 12h and 13h to 18h: with the chouch tandules, you can discover and experiment with the sorting of wool. You will discover the steps of washing and then the carding of the wool. General audience
• From 10h to 12h and from 13h to 18h: The dyeing by plants. The association les Tinctoriales, offers you the discovery of the dyeing of wool with plants sometimes very common: extraordinary ordinary, timely invasive or exotic less invasive. Dyeing baths, demo stand, game-quiz. Any audience
• From 10h 12h and from 14h-18h: animations of the villagers of the museum around wool, as well as the cleaning of the wool with the public and a weaving demonstration

• At 11.30am, 3 pm and 6 pm: animal rendezvous: Accompany our villagers to meet the farm animals! all public
• At 14h and 16h: school of yesteryear: To your feathers and tangerines! Relive the school of the 19th century with the teacher or the master of the village school (from 8 years).
• A 14 and 16h Weaving workshop: Find our villagers for a weaving workshop (12 people max with an registration on the spot at the reception )
• At 2:30pm and 4:30pm: discovery of the old school for children under 8 years. They can travel between the desks.
• From 3pm to 6pm: family workshop. All public
• At 15h: guided tour with a villageois of the museum and meeting with our villagers in period costume that will make you discover ancient times.
