Summer mixed salads

Wednesday, July 23, from 2pm to 5pm, at the Heron Farm: make 3 recipes of vegetarian salads with organic ingredients and seasonal vegetables and fruits.
The summer is conducive to beautiful, colorful and cheerful salads. So, come and make 3 recipes of vegetarian compound salads with organic ingredients and seasonal vegetables and fruits. They will be enhanced with herbs, seeds, oilseeds, flowers and other ingredients that will make all the difference. And if you feel like it, you can create your salad with the ingredients available. It will even be possible to go to the farm garden and pick a little.
Bring 3 large tupperware containers (about 1l minimum)
