The windows that speak - Hôtel-de-ville

From the end of April to the end of May, the Talking Windows resume their merry artistic babbling. The metropolitan operation this time declines the theme of the new edition of Lille 3000, «Fiesta! ». On the program, works at the windows of course, workshops to stimulate our creativity, meetings with artists, and walks in music to discover their works... and yours perhaps.
Wednesday 14 May from 14h, launch party at the social centre of Centre-Ville, which will end with a concert by Soul Elephant from 4 pm. The opportunity to meet artists and express your creativity.
